HRBP for Sales & Marketing Departments (HR Business Partner for Transformation and Personnel Development in Sales & Marketing)

Company: NATURAL JUICE — a producer of natural juices and juice-containing beverages (Sochnaya Dolina, MUZY, VIKO), whose corporate values include innovation and development, trust and reliability, progress, and respect for people — is inviting candidates for the position of HR Business Partner.

Responsibilities:

  • Building a training system from scratch.
  • Creating a corporate academy.
  • Implementing soft/hard skills development programs in both online and offline formats.
  • Developing welcome programs, probation period roadmaps, and mentor training.
  • Defining HR function KPIs, launching 360° feedback, and conducting People Reviews.
  • Collecting, visualizing, and analyzing data on turnover, engagement, and training effectiveness.
  • Supporting and ensuring smooth (“human-centered”) integration with Sales and Marketing departments.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience, including at least 2 years in an HRBP or HRD-1 level position.
  • Experience in developing and implementing adaptation, training, career development, and potential assessment programs.
  • Proven record of implementing HR transformation projects, including KPI systems, digital HR, employee engagement, and employer branding.
  • Experience working with inefficient or outdated structures and implementing change in a soft, non-disruptive manner (anti-crisis HR).
  • Knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Fluency in Russian and Uzbek.
  • English — desirable (for access to modern L&D/HRIS practices).
